Arrived in great shape, including gas cap, petcock/shut off valve with filter and hardware kit! If you are handy installation is straight forward.
You have to flip it around use die grinder make some cuts also bends in vice if you have the skills
This thing is great! I was building a bike with no top bar so I needed a place to put the fuel. Makes the bike very sleek looking. I do believe the next bike i build i will use one of these just to keep a cleaner looking bike.
