Shipping And Processing
BikeBerry.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders (Expedited 1 Day, Expedited 2 Day and Expedited 3 Day), are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. Most orders are shipped from our location in Brea, California, we also ship from our other warehouse locations across the USA. Order are shipped via Fedex and USPS. 
 
Unless otherwise indicated on our website, orders placed are processed and shipped with 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders that are placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or next business day. 
 
Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which you may be contacted. This can delay shipping time. BikeBerry.com cannot guarantee same day or next day processing and shipping times if an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on shipping address and not the billing address. 
 
P.O. Boxes

We use Fedex as our main shipping provider. Because we do not use United States Postal Service as our main shipping provider, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes as only the USPS can deliver to such addresses. Orders that have a PO Box entered as their shipping address will be placed on hold until we are able to contact you to obtain an alternative address. 

 
Navidium Shipping Protection
Navidium Shipping Protection is optional, paid service that protects your order. We will send you a replacement if your package is lost or damaged by the carrier in transit. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with the carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. 

 
Order Changes And Cancellations

We aim to process and ship orders out as quickly as possible, our systems send all orders to our fulfillment centers for process and shipping almost immediately upon the order being placed.  Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make changes to your order, including cancellations,modifying your order and shipping address, once it has been placed.

 
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 BikeBerry.com offers Free Standard shipping when the subtotal in your shopping cart is greater than or equal to $99, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. Free shipping orders are shipped via standard Fedex or USPS ground shipping, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, consider selecting one of our expedited shipping options. Please consider processing times when selecting the expedited shipping option. We are proud to offer our competitive expedited shipping rates by passing on our shipping discounts.

 

Free shipping is valid in all 48 contiguous states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other US Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. 

 

Customs, Taxes, and Duties
All orders shipped to locations outside of the United States are subject to import customs, taxes and duty fees. Unfortunately, we cannot determine these fees as it is completely independent of any shipping charges from BikeBerry.com and are charged by your local customs office. We are not responsible for, and we do not provide refunds or credits fro customs duty fees or taxes.
