Some like their in-frame tanks to be built inside of the bike frame, but this BBR Tuning 26 Inch Motorized Bike Frame refuses to play by everyone elses’ rules. This lightweight yet sturdy motorized frame can easily fit almost any 48cc or 66/80cc 2-stroke bike engine kit you can throw at it. This may look like your ordinary beach cruiser frame, but trust us: this is all beast.
The frame has a familiar shape to it: it’s just like the in-frame tanks you love, but better. Just like the Colombia Hampton beach cruiser, this frame offers a hollowed out top bar that will house the custom tank included. Made of brushed aluminum, this frame is extremely lightweight which makes installation and customization a lot easier than before. There’s a universal mounting plate at the bottom of the frame that fits the stud spacing of nearly every 2-stroke bike engine kit on the market, and the tube diameter of this frame eliminates the need for aftermarket motor mounts. Just fit the motor inside of the frame, fasten down your bolts, and your engine is almost ready to roll.
Of course, that motor would be useless if there were no cranks or wheels. Don’t worry, because this frame offers the ability to have a one piece or three piece crankset, vertical dropouts, 33mm headset compatibility for some awesome forks, and comes disc brake and caliper brake-ready.
Some riders like the option to have their gas tanks on the outside of the frame, but don’t like the clunky look of a tank on their top bar. That’s why this frame offers a 110mm gap to fit the external 2.4L aluminum gas tank. This coffin-shaped tank is killer: run your tank right under your top bar without modification (unlike reverse-mounted tanks), clamp it down to the frame, install the fuel valve included with the tank, and you’re on your way to one of the best looking bikes on the road
The best thing about this bike frame is that even through it’s designed with motorized bikes in mind, all you have to do is take off the motor and tank, and you’ve got yourself a great looking bicycle. In-frame tank bikes will always look like mopeds, but if you’re trying to be a little more discreet this frame combo can be incognito with the turn of a new screws. Style, durability, and efficiency: that what you’re getting when you build on this frame.

Really nice product. But you will need to source all bearings and crown rail
Great construction at a great price.
Amazing frame. Love this set up. Not a lot of room for big heads and stuff. Have to remove the front mount bolts and loosen the rear ones to change the spark plug with a fred head. Totally worth it though. Looks bad to the bone.
Great, lightweight motorized bike. The frame is modeled after the classic Schwinn Panther straightbar, but it's raw, lightweight aluminum,The tank is a work of art in polished aluminum. They look great without paint, which would only get scratched up anyway.I've built over 50 motorized bikes, and this one is in my top three!
Good I bought this frame to use with the bullet train engine (the one with electric start) I had to cut out the engine mount that is there for the original 2 stroke engine to get the new style to fit properly. If you are an experienced builder or have some mechanical inclination it'll be no trouble for the simple mod to the frame and tinkering to make the new engine fit. I'd buy another, no doubt.
