Huge For the curious, this tank measures a massive14.5"" long and 6"" deep, far larger than a 2.5 liter tank.If you want the motorcycle look, this is it.The brushed finish is nice, but not perfect, and might require some minor polishing, but all in all its worth dropping the extra few bucks to almost double your fuel capacity.

How does this tank mount, and does it include the mounting hardware? I recently bought a bicycle engine kit, and the tank that came didn't have the proper nuts for the gas tank studs. I wanted a bigger tank anyways, but don't want to be stuck back where I started.

How is this tank mounted? Does it have a U shaped tunnel on the bottom? If so what're the dimensions? Can we pics of the bottom of the with size of the fitting for the fuel shutoff valve?

The gas tanks are typically mounted onto the top bar of the bike. There are some models that vary from this, such as rear gas tank or the reverse mounting, which the titles would be self explanatory for those tanks. The standard gas tank do have a u-shaped tunnel on the bottom, the width between the two front and two rear bolts would be 2", if your bicycle bar is wider then that, the gas tanks will not be able to mount to the frame. Does this tank (as well as your other tanks) have a fuel tap (valve)?

Our gas tanks do not come with a fuel valve. You would either use a pre-existing one or need to purchase a new one. The only exception is our 2.5L Rear Gas Tank with Rear Rack which comes with its own smaller fuel valve made specifically for it.
