Shopping online can be a dicey experience. Buying something like an electric bike is a big commitment, and it is not so easy to send it back if it is not for you. Nowhere on the website did I see anything about assembly of the bike being required, and had that been known before I ordered the bike, I am not certain I would have ordered it. But after I had the bike, I had no choice but to either put it together myself (very bad idea) or pay $120 to have a professional put it together. I also emailed about the Vin # for the warranty, and I got very vague information about having a warranty. However, Nakto's website says they only offer 1 year warranties to people who order bikes directly from them. So I am now not even certain I have a warranty. So I would say I am disappointed by this experience, and I would not recommend ordering an electric bike online.
