Shipping Policy
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, however, in some cases, longer shipping times may occur. If you need the part(s) by a specific date, please notify us by phone at 1-800-317-0479 and we will do everything that we can to accommodate this request. BikeBerry.com ships to any location where UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service can deliver.
CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Changes to your order (including cancellations and other adjustments) must be requested within 1 business hour of placing your order. Any requests for changes or cancellation prior to processing and shipment of your order must be received via phone or live chat so we have sufficient time to make the requested changes. Any cancellations beyond this timeframe will fall under our standard returns policy and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Our warehouse team moves very quickly to ship your order, most orders will ship within hours (all orders will ship in 1-2 business days). If you have already received your order's tracking number, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please note that while we will do our best to catch your order in time to make your requested changes, we cannot guarantee this.
Free shipping offers only apply to destinations within the continental United States and items will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. Any costs incurred by BikeBerry.com for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining an RMA number from BikeBerry.com, will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order if delivery is refused. Any authorized return shipment to BikeBerry.com and BikeBerry.coms' suppliers that incur shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that courier. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at customers' expense. We will only ship to your billing address linked to the credit card unless you fill out our Credit Card Authorization form. International shipping costs on returns are not the liability of BikeBerry.com at any time and must be paid for by the customer. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to import and duty fees at the customer's expense. BikeBerry.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs.
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking on the My Orders link. Creating an account after checkout will not link the order to your account. You will have to call in or check your email for future order updates.
Any issues with your shipment must be reported within 15 business days of receiving your order. This includes missing items, damaged products, and defective equipment.
