Part #24 on the Clutch Diagram

The clutch actuator bearing is located inside of the 10 tooth drive sprocket behind the bucking bar. It is a silver 8 mm ball bearing that is pushed by the bucking bar when the clutch is engaged to release the back wheel. Every 2 stroke bike engine has 1 clutch actuator bearing.

Troubleshooting tip:

If your clutch arm moves, but your clutch will not engage, check to see if the bucking bar is warn or if the clutch actuator bearing has fallen out.

I had lost this bearing while inspecting my engine. I had lost this bearing while inspecting my engine. I contacted bike berry about a replacement and got a quick response. Nice, but I found a ball bearing at my local hardware store for forty three cents. Thanks for the great customer service bike berry. i'll keep you guys in mind when I lose something else:)

I have an 80cc 2 stroke engine and I have to get the clutch bearing and it says it's 7/8 mm will the 8 mm one fit it and do all of your 80cc 2 stroke motor kits come with the gas filter

When I release the clutch and accelerate, I have power to go, but when I'm at speed and I back off the throttle, it seems as if something in the clutch mechanism somewhere, is causing my motor to slow way down making the whole bike buck.

Could this be caused by a bad buck bar?

Either your clutch is too tight, or your chain is being bound up somewhere.
