Small Bevel Wheel

When it's time to repair your clutch it's crucial you replace your motorized bicycle's Small Bevel gear. Located in front of the large bevel gear and directly across from your engine's drive sprocket, this gear is important in assuring your drive sprocket and large bevel gear rotate in order for your motorized bike to operate. Because the Small Bevel Wheel helps move the large bevel gear in most 2-stroke 48cc or 66cc 80cc motorized bike engines, you'll want to make sure it's installed correctly. To do so, uninstall the round column bolt from the center of the gear, gently pry it out of the crankcase, and press the gear back on to the motor with the woodruff. When you're ready to ride, just reinstall the case cover, pedal, and you're on the road in no time.
