This is one of the best looking and quite functional solutions to getting that motor mounted onto a Stingray OCC Chopper bike with the fat 4" tire.
Happy to see it back in stock.
Use this mount, and the two piece adjustable hub sprocket adapter. But additional Muffler clamp/u-bolts to fit oval frame. ( Provided hardware does not fit OCC Chopper Stingray wide oval frame) This mount is much nicer and lighter setup than other mounts that utilize tubing welded to a plate.
Please note however, that this mount has very limited if much of any avail. adjustment to align the motor placement. But with a little bit of effort you can make it work just fine....
I have yet to try the CNC mount solution, but it looks interesting and perhaps gives better motor placement options. Still overall glad to see that this option is back in stock! It worked out very well for my OCC Chopper Bike.

I have it on my occ stingray chopper and I just had to bore out the holes to make it all fit and cut some excess bolt but as a Mount that's affordable it works as it should

All I can say is can they drill holes where they belong

It is a decent mount it is 6mm though so I had to drill out the mount holes to 8mm for my motor no biggie cause I am working on a occ schwinn frame so I knew it was gonna be a custom job

I not only use it for OCC off fat tire 4 in tires in the rear but I also use it for a 4 inch fat tire bicycles with just I weld a little piece on and change your clamps for muffler clamps from for a car and it works out fine I'm looking right now I'm looking for a two-speed transmission I've heard of them I haven't yet to found find one I think you guys are closed on the weekends but I'll try on Monday cuz I want to make a drag bike I want to look at one of your high horsepower motors and if I can't get two speed transmission I'll end up making a what do you call it Jack shaft and this way I could still use the disc brakes on the left side and then the bike chain that comes with the kit on with the Mongoose 4 in fat tire bikes so I figured out a way of doing that plus the other ones that I bought for you guys the aluminum ones two pieces they worked fine I just need something a little more heavy duty so I figured steel would do it and I just got it a few days ago and I will let you know how to progress goes on that if you have any details on a two-speed transmission for more like drag racing I would like I would love to hear about it thank you are you all set motor mount for the OCC Chopper I kind of like to make my you know all custom bikes I don't really use like you know 26 in and you know old fashioned style right now I'm working on it Jesse James one electric with i i adapted just brakes on the front and on the back and so now I had to add a plate for the disc brakes for the front and the back and also had to add a plate for the back rack battery holder and I'm just about finished your diet going to make two more little brackets and that's done and then I could start you know putting all the wiring kit on and then once that's done and running and then I can take it apart and paint it up and put it all back together and then like I said I'm working on the next is the OCC Chopper I also I cut the back off and added a 26 in 4-in tire but I'm thinking about going with either the original tire the 20 inch by 4 or 24x4 cuz I want it to you know launching out of the hole thank you very much for asking please get in touch with me if you know anything about these two speed transmissions would love to hear about it I forgot where I heard about it and I got into a car accident so I stopped doing work for a little bit but now I'm getting better and if you have any information about the two speed transmission let me know either through email or phone 631-505-2334 I believe you guys are closed for the weekends so if I don't hear nothing I'll try on on Monday about the transmission to speed or any other way to get it to take off faster even though I don't know what's the largest but if I have to make it offset I mean a jack shaft and I think I can get some good gearing out of that if I put a I think I heard of 52 in you know go from the transmission so like a till like a 32 or 42 to sprocket and then then the 52 but so far I've only they're only a mess I can't find any of them you if you have any let me know otherwise up like I said I'll be calling you guys on Monday thank you very much

Great idea a little bit too wide and the right side pedal arm is bent inwards more than the left side I think straight or straighter crank arms would work better

good product good product but front u bolt will not fit on a Schwinn occ stingray frame.called bikeberry for a solution to fix this problem and waited three days and no reply.to fix this problem I fastend motor to mount then carefully measured how far down the u bolt had to go to fit up.then took a dermal and ground down the inside of u bolt just enough to slide don frame tube to line up.u bolt is still very solid and safe.hope this is helpful on your build as I could not find ay other solution.

Works This mount along with the bbrcnc 2 piece hub mount sprocket adapter iswhat works to get that chinese bike motor to mount in your schwinn occ chopper. Yes the front v shaped ubolt doesnt fit . The mount also was a little irregular fitting to my motor. Seemed as if the stamping was misaligned or maybe my motor was patterned a bit different ... it took a little massaging it into place but was so much better than trying to make a motor fit without this mount or scratch built solution. This is bolt on good to go and it works!

Chopper Bike This motor plate and their sprocket adapter made for a true ""drop-in"" or bolt on task for motorizing my chopper styled bike with extra wide rear wheel. Only criticism is that the front V shaped ubolt is too narrow for fat oval bike frame, and that the mounting plate when manufactured was not perfectly bent or skewed just a tad when they angled the first fold. This caused my motor to have a slight cant and misalignment. After a bit of massaging it was all good.

SCHWINN CHOPPER Must have this mount, a finned exhaust header, the long tuned exhaust, two piece hub sprocket adapter, lengthened chain and upside down chain tensioner for Schwinn OCC Chopper. Next issue is brakes?

Occ chopper This is a easy way to mount engine on Schwinn/OCC Chopper along with Billet Wheel Sprocket adapter. Would highly recommend. I also replaced motor mount studs with socket cap allen screws to allow more clearance. Make sure you tighten the U-bolts real tight once everything is aligned. I am considering drilling through mount and frame to bolt mount rigid once everything is trued up. Similiar to another brands mount that uses the vertical tubes welded to C channel.

great for occ stingray except... the V shapped ""U-bolt"" does NOT fit the front down tube of an occ schwinn stingray. only ""bad"" thing i have to say about this part. it was a fairly easy fix, just a quick trip to the hardware store to get one that did fit.
