The BBR Tuning Gas Powered Motorized Bicycle Boost Bottle kit is designed to work with any 2 stroke gas bike on the market. It is designed to expand your intake area on your engine by storing atomized fuel molecules in its chamber and forcing them into your engine while you are off and on the throttle. This bottle provides a "Boost" or supercharge effect. It will also make your engine run up to 3-4 times smoother and decrease the vibration on your handlebars, motor mounts and more! You will notice an awesome upgrade in power and torque. Numerous issues such as heavy exhaust smoke, very hot engine temperatures, heavy engine loading, and hard starts will be greatly decreased.

How does the boost induction kit work?
As the engine draws fuel and air in through the carburetor on the intake cycle, the spark plug fires this mixture forcing the piston down and forcing a small amount of leftover air/fuel back into the carburetor. As the air and fuel mix is forced back through the carburetor and intake manifold, it causes a double rich mixture which can result in a rough idle and hesitation. Primarily, the leftover air/fuel mixture, already burnt from the previous cycle which provides little or no oxygen, is cycled back to the next intake cycle resulting in bogging/ sluggish throttle response.
To take advantage of the leftover air/fuel mixture, the Boost Bottle kit provides storage for this "pre-atomized air/fuel mixture" or the leftover air/fuel mixture, leaving the intake cycle fresh and unburnt. As the piston makes it next cycle and draws a new fuel and air supply into the cylinder, the "pre-atomized air/fuel mixture" that is stored in the bottle returns to the engine as a burst, forcing the atomized fuel into the engine. In result, the boost bottle provides a "boost"or supercharge effect in engine performance.
This boost bottle works best at lower and mid-range rpm and when you are on & off the throttle. The advantage is that it brings up the horsepower and torque in the bottom of the rpm range, to mid-way through the power band (eliminating bogging).
What is in the boost bottle?
There are no fluids or any explosive content inside the bottle. It gets primed by your engine instantly as you start it. Only fumes enter the bottle, not liquid gas.
Note: the boost bottle induction kit requires the manifold to be tapped. Use Teflon tape or any quality thread seal to secure a tight seal. Instructions on how to tap the manifold is also included with your kit. Limited quantity is available.
*Note: Boost Bottles do not come with the pre-tapped manifold. Add-On Option Available.

As I've only taken the bike out once since I added the boost bottle I can only tell you what my preliminary findings were. It did seem like I was getting a better idol at mid and low Rpms. I will have to test further to find out if this is consistent or if there is much more improvements that I haven't seen yet.
I recently purchased the BBR tuning boost bottle and have had to re mount my 2 stroke engine on a beach cruiser motorized bike ride so the re build is almost complete to test out the boost bottle looking forward to the weather clearing up and taking it for it's first test to see the bottle in full action and how it works can't wait thank you for your fast service and curiosity thru out my consumer experience I will update my review in a couple of days once I finish mounting the front end and take it for it's first ride with the boost
I give it a 3 just cause i added the 40mm port on the websites but it look like it never got added to it sadly so have to wait longer until i can install it

Simple to install and adds to the experience I put this thing on my bike (which had some ""cough"" issues) and it not only cured my bike's ""common cold"", it added a little bit of pep to the engine. It runs smooth now up and down hills. Admittedly, it's nothing like nitrous but you can't beat the price for the three things it does: Look, Smoothness, & Easy Installation.
This is an honest review This is an honest review, I will give you the good and the bad.The good: product looks great installed on your bike, the pre drilled manifold it comes with is nicely done and lets you revert back to your stock one if needed, install is very easy and takes 5 minutes. This seemed to make the engine run a little smoother especialy on high RPM\'s like it is a touch more stable and less vibration which is a feature stated.The bad: no noticeable power increase only a smoother engine, at low RPM the idle sometimes fluctuates, my kit did not come with zip ties luckily I had some.Overall: It is only 30 bucks and I hear some engines get better results depending on your set up. May not do everything it says but if you are not sure I would say buy one and see for yourself it is not too big of a gamble at $30 and looks very cool.

Crazy Performance So it makes my engine idle extremely high compared to stock engines, but only once it is warmed up. It made it very tricky to tune the carburetor because if i set it to idle when it starts then it will rev super high when its warmed up. The top end is huge with a proper rich fuel/oil ratio the top end just keeps going and going it also makes it more fuel efficient. Instead of the engine jerking when it's low on fuel, it will run smoother with these.Make sure to install hose-clamps on every connection air leaks will hinder your bikes performance. Also make sure to mount these with gravity in mind because I've seen fuel condense in these bottles and they don't move much when the bottle is pointing down. Really awesome upgrade though I reccomend it.
It has some good points. Easy to install. Gives a smoother low and medium running engine. The bad point is starting, it takes a lot more yards,and some times more tries. My bike used to start in ten yards using no choke. Now I have to start it following their choke method. With the addition the BBR Tuning boost bottle, it will slightly change the air/fuel ratio of the carburetor. As such, once you have the Boost Bottle installed, it is recommended to re-tune your carburetor. Please see the following link for a how-to guide on tuning your carburetor.
ok preformance I have not experianced any good performance increases other than a smother running engine. Actualy i couldnt go faster than 20 mph after i installed it.( i could go 35 before) although i have hade to replace a cracked float with a cork one. I believe that is why my bike has random preformance issues I do believe once mynew carb i ordered arrives it will go at least 40 with the boost bottle. And for those of you who would like to know It measures 5 and 3/4 inches long and 1 and 1/2 inches wide. The taped manifold serves its purpose but looks roughly machiened.
Ok let me start by saying Ok let me start by saying I have put a lot of time to make the engine kit work on my bike. Trying to stop vibration, burning up seals from over heating, striping bolts.... This induction system solved it ALL! I think the two part set would be the best but for 30 bucks this will turn your bike from a chain shaw to a mellow pure with more power and lest damage to bike and engine. if you buy an engine kit this is a must!

I'm not sure if I need the 30mm or 40mm tap
To find out which size BBR Tuning Single Boost Bottle Induction Kit is right for your engine, measure from stud to stud. If your measurement is slightly over 30mm then you will need the 30mm, if your measurement is over 40mm then you will need the 40mm.

Does this come with a drilled out intake manifold or do you need to drill it out yourself?
Our BBR Tuning Single Boost Bottle Induction Kit does not include a tapped intake manifold, however a boost bottle tapped intake manifold is available for purchase.
