This carburetor also provides complete tuning control as you are able to adjust the choke level, the idling, as well as the air to fuel ratio with no hassle!
Please Note: For installation of this unit on standard intake manifolds, a spacer unit is required for proper fitting. Alternatively, using electrical tape around the intake manifold to fill the spacing is an easy alternative that allows for a perfect seal.

Don't know how it works because I don't know how to set it up don't know how to run the hoses on it
I think their CNS high-performance carburetor is a great carburetor to use on a motorized bike I will buy another one later
Did not fit as stated in q and a but I've found that with multiple items on this site. With a new intake manifold it fit my bt 80 and worked wonderful once I figured out tuning. I believe I hit 44.8 mph with just that carb and a but tuning boost bottle from here as well

WOW! So this is the first upgraded part I put on my bike so far....WOW!I can't believe the difference. With the stock carb, my bike was running way to rich to the point it would leak on the ground no matter what I did and the choke would always rattle up so it would just bog out completely. This carb fixed everything.I've also had a similar bike in the past, both would be jittery when give it gas when not moving fast enough. This carb always makes that vanish giving you a nice clean ride throughout all the ranges of power. I would recommend this carburetor to anyone hands down if you want to see an immediate increase in performance. Cant wait for my expansion chamber exhaust pipe to get in now!

Good card I goes faster than the standard carb you get with the engine. It sounds a lot better too.
Perfect :) Fist i want to thank the people at bikeberry. this was out of stock for a while and whenever I emailed them asking the status they always emailed me back same day! once the part was in stock I shipped and got to my house in 2 days way faster then i thought it would.(i didn't pay for fancy shipping). the install was easy just had to set the pin for my high altitude.(just over 4000ft in N.AZ) once it was all said and done the motor never felt so strong! more speed and only went a few miles but gas consumption looks just fine. i recommend this product to all motor bike owners. just make sure you have enough room for the cone filter. or just get the one with the red cap for better clearance. Amazing!!! This carb is incredible. My bike did 42 mph with the standard carb now it does 56! You can feel the difference in acceleration immediatly. Definately worth every penny!!!

This carburetor also provides complete tuning capabilities as you are able to adjust the choke level, the idling, as well as the air to fuel ratio with no hassle what so ever. Great carb! Great carb! Just make sure that the float bowl is LEVEL!!!!!! It will run much much much better!Also put the Pacman clip in the right slot for the altitude that you live in.I live a mile high, 5280 ft above sea level in Denver and if the Pacman clip isn't on the very top slot it won't run right. On the top slot it runs perfect!!! I am guessing at lower altitudes the clip would go to a lower slot. I don't know.

Our Cone CNS High Performance Carburetor is specifically designed for the 2 stroke engine kits.
I'm buying an offset intake and need to know the intake size of this carb
To know which Offset manifold to buy actually depends on what manifold you currently have. The part that connects to the carburetor is the same on all manifolds however the part that connects to the cylinder body is either a 30mm or 40mm. In order to know which one you have simply measure the distance between mounting holes.
Will this carb work with the BT80 Engine?
