I'm completely happy with the stage 3 kit i haven't had any problems with the kit at all and she fired up first thing i did go to the hardware store and bought better nuts and bolts for the rag joint

I have it on my engine, but, I have yet to be able to get my engine to run. It has no fire, but I have checked the cdi, magneto an still no progress. But, I still really like the little engine.

I live in southern AZ and this head is a must. If not for the performance at least for the cooling. Ride longer and improve longevity you can’t beat it.

Great head with a lot of dissipation. When I run my stage 4 66/80cc engine for about 20min in 90 degree weather the head is only 150-160 degrees F over the stock head coming in around 210-220 degrees F. The power is noticeable as well all throughout the RPM range and much smoother. I would like if the head was a little but cheaper.

Great to get back in forth to work with . Will be purchasing a 4 stoke in the near future .

The Stage 4 Kit, particularly the BBR Tuning Billet Aluminium High Performance Cylinder Head 66/80cc upgrade adds quite a bit more power, and keeps the temp down. It's well machined, came with an upgraded spark plug and has lived up to advertised specs! Customer service, shipping turn times and quality have all been top notch! I'll never order a China clone off competitors site again.

Had to fab washers, so that the head wouldn't leak

Have not compared it with the stock head but it stays cool and can get almost 40 mph so the performance is there

I was sent a carb instead of the billet aluminium head.

a must have put a cheaper bbr engine on one my bikes and it had trouble on an incline . forget a hill. had this head from a donor that died so I did the swap and fat mama what a difference. no stalls no lag just power. with no other mods to a crappy two cycle you have to ride it to believe it. get the copper head gasket with itjust a better part. get one when u can and enjoy the ride. be safe....

Good for the Price Great head for the price off you run your bike bikes hard this is a must have. I had a bike one of my fastest one's now with this head it Scarry faster and never run's hot its totally one of the good one's

Using aftermarket head on stock So after some fustration due to the fact that I thought the bbr head would work with the stock set up which it will. What I ended up doing was doubling up on my head gaskets as of right now I have one copper and 1 regular but thinking on tryingto deside if I should make one out of the same material as used on the exhaust gasket although so far this is working fine it's so if anybody is having any problems I hope that helps.and if any body has a better way to make it work plz fill me in thanks.

completes a kit !!! In the past my motors were cool fast but just not quite snuff this head took it there !!! Hill power fork some top end too great sound looks great !!! All around a must and worth every penny !!! I'll have one on every motor from now on !!!!
