** Please note: Sprocket Clamp Assemblies included with Mega Motors 2-Stroke 48cc and 66/80cc bike engine kits come with only 1x set of metal plates. Older production of these assemblies included 2x sets, but from testing and redesigning, existing engine kits and engine kits in the future will only require 1x set. This redesigned assembly helps secure your rear wheel sprocket better than in the previous production.

Product Dimensions
80cc engine kit is about 8.5" height 7" length 5" width. Kit fits on standard 25mm to 29mm frame tube. Larger frame size requires drilling into bike frame and use the universal faceplate. Ensure proper fit by reviewing the minimum dimension requirements diagram on the right.
CNS Carburetor upgrades will require extra material to fit flush around the manifold. This can be remedied by wrapping the manifold with electric tape or using PVC to fill in the gap between the carburetor port and the manifold.

For installing this kit buyer may need some basic hardware skills, tools, and take around 2-3 hours to install and do some adjustments. Seller is not responsible for misuse of this kit or any warranty after installation.

Disclosure of accurate engine size: While we have chosen to use the long standing factory branding engine size of "80cc", the true displacement of the bicycle engine is 66cc. Down through the years China bicycle engine manufactures have advertised their biggest engine as 80cc, therefore we have listed them in the same way on our website. However, the bore and stroke of an 80cc being 47x38mm equals 66cc. Therefore the true displacement of the 80cc bike motor is 66cc. In the west, the volume of a cylinder is calculated by using the formula Volume = Pi x Radius Squared x Stroke. However,in the east the displacement of an engine includes the area of the cylinder head's combustion chamber as well as the volume of the cylinder. As such, there lies a discrepancy between measuring standards by the manufactures in China with those in the United States. As such, all "80cc" engine kits on the market today are actually 66cc in displacement size if measuring by US standards.

I ordered from bikeberry 2 years ago the engine was complete I enjoyed it I love the bike I recently purchased the order and the engine was put together I had to put it together myself ��I'm no mechanic it was so hard to put that engine and piston I had to take it to a mechanic to do it for me took a week before I can ride my bike not impressed
Well ! So ; one sould'nt present something their not sending yourself (know), what ! you all here are seeing here (not so); it! for those whom open their own kit's & found desappointment .. (Indeed we on our own) After finding what wasn't .. Now left with no vedo our prints for spex for assempling .. placing a call (help hot line) only to get everthing of what I now could use and very much wood appercate (picture shows these items for what I paid just saying this was our deal under good faith) from a list of rep's .. (Until You have'nt) it comes down to this (not everthing you see ! Is only what you see).. For myself ! I as well have over looked things of most importants , only finding out , I sould have taken more of an eye , too something I will always have missed (Not regreds, a sadness you see ..) our world runs by our desires .. and seemingly ; our desires , will set it a fire .. This will be our shame , for we did'nt see, what we were looking over to see what we were looking at .. So ! when our Father ask us ; Did you happen too see those blessing He hoped You would .. Had assembled professionally. After about 10 minutes of riding the jead gasket blew. Hoping to get it back into the shop in a few days to have repaired.

Best deal for the money. Before you buy a cheap engine kit from Ebay you should definitely check out this engine kit. It's only $20 more than those other kits but man is it way better. Needed coil,TOOGOOD I got it together, wouldn't start. Needed coil. I made it in style of mid 70s dirt bike. It was too good. Some scumbag stole it when I got home from night shift. Working on getting another. Few tiny issues. Great kit overall.
Excellent customer service Very rough beginning however bb customer service rescued a defective factory assembly. Magneto and keyway were damaged at the factory. Bb sent a new crank and related parts. Fired up instantly. Very pleased. Thumbs up bikeberry
mixed The 66/80cc engine kit was a snap to mount on my bike frame. I should've got the rubber mounts to reduce vibrations from the motor.

Would definitely refer to other people. I have bought 6 motors from Bikeberry and I bought 1 from another company and I never had any problems with the ones from Bikeberry and the one I bought from the other company was leaking from a main gasket. As they say you get what you pay for. I also have a friend that was buying his on eBay and had problems with every one of them. True to this day I will only buy from Bikeberry.
