Description

Designed to increase your gas bikes low-end acceleration and top speed, the BBR Tuning CC Xport will boost your bicycles engines performance. This part installs directly on to your cylinders exhaust port and goes between the muffler. Not only does this part increase your motor bicycle performance, but it also pushes your exhaust forward which can assist bikes whose pedals can’t clear their exhaust.

The Large JNM CC X-Port is a billet exhaust manifold that will increase your low-end torque on any type of exhaust you may have on your motor. You will get the "header" effect when adding it to your stock muffler. Increases torque and low-end power will be noticed. The X-Port will move your current exhaust out further than it is now, allowing to have more clearance on your pedals.

exhaust port extention

I have used 2 so far and they make a difference on the 50cc motor. I use them with a "Poo Poo" pipe and they definitely inprove low end.(48 tooth sprocket). I use the long offset intake for torque. Both bikes so far run about 30mph that is fast for a 50cc bike. Pull 100lb of groceries easy .Next I'm going to experiment with one on the intake side.

BBR Tuning CC X-port Exhaust Assembly Seems to improve power as advertized, I needed to trim the fins a little to make it fit but I just used a hacksaw. No problem.

Good stuff It real nice! Purdy packaging and nice finish good power at idle and quiet as mouse or kanfaroo rat. It go fast even win race win bike parked and shut off! Have. Many trophy 1st place win of dreamtime race!

good but Its good but i had to do a little modification to the fins as they where to tall,and the bolts are to long.I would recommend it still as ive noticed my low end power is better.

Great add-on I really really like the possibility of not having to bend the stock pipe due to my frame. The JNM CCx - Port allowed me a better clearance, easy assemble, few minutes to install. It makes the engine look nice and provides performance for sure. :)

I have my first two builds, Huffy 26" Panama Jack beach cruisers. There is very little tolerance for the installation of this billet manifold. My exhaust muffler barely clears my front tire and peddals. Please advise.

you ,ight have to heat up the exhaust and bend it in a direction where it is out of the way of the front tires and pedals.
