Part #23 on the Clutch Diagram

Every 2-stroke bike engine kit has a 10 tooth drive sprocket. It is the small drive sprocket behind the drive sprocket case cover that the chain feeds onto from the larger rear sprocket. This sprocket fits 415, but may need to have the teeth filed down if chain catches. The drive sprocket is removed with the drive sprocket removal tool. To uninstall this part simply thread on the drive sprocket removal tool and the part will pop off. Note that to replace this part you may need to replace the keyway as well.

Package includes

10 Tooth Drive Sprocket Part Number (See Parts Manual): 3-23 Note: Only Compatible with the 415 Heavy Duty Chain.

Will a standard bicycle chain [1/2 x 3/32 Riviting] fit on this sprocket? What are the dimensions?

Thanks

Our 10 Tooth Drive Sprocket is designed for a 415H chain.

This is my second Mustang racer and I need to change the drive sprocket but I can't use the one from the first engine I bought seeing that the keyway is bigger and the shaft on the newer Mustang racer is bigger so I can't use my old sprocket to replace the messed up one that has a tooth broken off so I'm trying to get a new one that will fit the newest I guess engine you've given me
