Billet aluminum engine covers praised for excellent quality and machining. Customers said "very nice quality material" and "fit perfectly." However, sprocket cover often missing retainer pin requiring drilling/modification. Shipping delays reported. Some found pricing high but worth it for appearance.

Love the covers, they look great, only had an issue with the sprocket case cover, didn't have a holding pin for the clutch arm, fairly easy fix though. Love em!!!!
Took awhile to ship but thanks to Micah she got the order on track and it finally shipped and finally arrived and they look great good quality cnc side covers @ a fair price.

BBR Tuning Billet Aluminium Engine Case Cover Set
Cases from a machinists point of view was excellent with two exceptions, "OEM" clutch cover was 2mm deeper on the inside case depth vs BBR clutch cover, as their are varying tolerances on these engines not a serious issue. The BBR clutch cover would not allow the clutch plate to disengage at all. One can stack gaskets to increase clearance if need be. Otherwise the bolt holes on all the cases had a slight slot to allow for difference of tolerances, very efficient. Second issue was the chain cover did not have retainer pin and as well was not completely drilled through for aforementioned pin. If you are willing to it can be finished drilled for depth and tapped for 3mm countersunk screw so as not to interfere with chain or finish the drilling and install you're own pin. Excellent finish and sprocket cover is thick and beefy compared to OEM!!
I like the contrast these will give my project as that of the theme I am going for with colors and uniqueness I want. A one of a kind that will stand-alone from others.

When I add the cnc spring chain guide it makes the cluch to far from the running gear. And the chain is currently rubbing the tire. How do I adjust the running gear out to meet the clutch and clear the tire?

To have the chain guide work properly, you can add an extra actuator bearing that is behind the bucking bar.
I need the replacement bolts for these do you have them???
