The BBR Tuning Reed Valve Kit will have your 66/80cc or 48cc 2-stroke gas bike engine running like a top! This is a 32MM stud spacing reed valve- please check the measurement between the intake studs (center of the stud to the center of the stud). This reed valve kit works with our Flying Horse and Mega Motors 66cc and 48cc motor bicycle engines, as well as most Chinese engine kits on the market. Installation is a breeze: simply replace your existing intake manifold with the reed valve assembly, attach your carburetor to the reed's intake port, and you're done. Get an increase in bottom end torque as a smoother running throttle response with the BBR Tuning Reed Valve Kit!

You need to include more information Yes this is a good product but you need to heavily modify a stock engine windowed piston at least modified jug protrusion at the bottom and drastically increase the intake port so the second Reed will even open!**BIKEBERRY RESPONSE** Thank you for your honest and thorough review of the BBR Tuning Reed Valve Kit- 32MM. YOu are correct in stating to fully utilize the reed kit, it is recommended to install the BBR tuning windowed piston. Without a windowed piston the reed valve will not fully open and there by not to have full optimization of the reed kit.

works well Installation took less than 5 minutes. I have a expansion chamber, bbr tuning sprocket clamp assembly and upgraded carburetor. The reed kit is by far the best upgrade I've purchased.

Great Just got one of these and it makes a very noticeable difference in the bottom end.It takes off much easier, and has less of the jerking motion at low idle.This wasa very good investment.
