The BBR Tuning Tapped Intake Manifold is perfect for riders who use Boost Bottles for their bicycle engines. Made to fit with the threads on Boost Bottles, this intake manifold sits higher than billet manifolds.

Installation is a breeze:

  • Remove the stock intake manifold from the cylinder
  • Replace the manifold gasket if the gasket is worn
  • Thread the Boost Manifold nozzle in to the new tapped manifold
  • Fasten the new manifold over the gasket on to the cylinder

You won't be disappointed Don't tighten it too tight on to your cylinder jug or you will break off one of the ears that the bolts go through, you'll need to get a nipple that will thread into the threaded part and a hose and of course the boost bottle and don't forget those hose clamps, works as well as the OEM part.
