The BBR Tuning Front and Back two stroke gas bike engine mount vibration reducer is designed to control the engine vibration to supporting structures or frames. These isolators increase operator comfort and protect other equipment components from premature failure due to vibration. When properly engineered, these types of mounts can prevent as much as 75-85 percent of the engine vibration from being transmitted. These mounts do NOT work with the Dragon Fire Engine Kits or 4-stroke motor mounting plates. These mounts will help prevent broken studs in your engine and help keep it secure. Did what i needed it to do and did it well. Only has to use one or else it would be too high. Very good.
Fit my build just the way in it was supposed to, haven't taken the bike out yet for a test drive,I live in Michigan and the weather has not been cooperative.
For the new style engines with the 1.5" front mount, they don't fit the engine without modification. The same goes for the 1.5" frame tube. Once you do that it's great.

Make sure to measure your motor space on your frame. These mounts will push your engine up around 1 1/2” depending on your frame. I have a double top bar on my frame so I have limited space. I could not use them because it was too tight. Gave them to a friend and he loves them. I used 3/16 weatherstripping rubber between my frame and the engine. Works good. All in all, the mounts are a good product if you have the clearance.
My cruiser frame is too wide and neither of the mounts worked. Ended up removing them.

I did see the need to open up the slots for the studs to come thru as well as open up the sides a bit to better and closer fit my particluar balloon frame. You may want to cut the extra stud length to 1 1/2 inches above your lock nuts for neatness\

The one set was great now the second set came with the wrong size studs they where to small so just used long studs I had mount the rubbers on the back both motors i have hard mounted the fronts
Ordered 2 as my bt80 engine required twice the normal engines mounting bolts noticeable difference and if not completely tightened they do no good and you might lose your engine
Haven't rode bike yet. But I think mount should be on both sides of frame with no metal touching. I may buy another set and rig it myself if its not a lot smoother.
It was the wrong size, but that is my fault.
The mounts allowed me to use a frame with a forward located bottom bracket.

I want to buy the rubber moter mounts not sure which size 6mm or 8mm? I just bought the 2 stroke 66-80 cc stage 4
8 MM is typically stock, however, you will want to use a caliper to measure from stud to stud on your engine to get your exact measurement.
I have a stage III BBR 2 stroke Motor and trying to purchase these motor mounts and don’t know what size to get the 6mm or the 8mm
