The gas cap that came with the gas tank for our nephews motorbike leaked real bad. I contacted BikeBerry about it & they sent me another one for a replacement. And my nephew says it is working great so far.
If your carb runs out of gas after 5-15 minutes riding then loosen the gas cap and try again. If this helps then you need to never screw it on all the way or drill a little breather hole in it. JAGUAR

Again, the service I received to replace my gas cap was very fast and efficient. I do believe the gas cap is a great design but is flawed in the way it is constructed. The two projections designed to hold the cap in place actually snapped into the tank when the cap was removed...?
