Had the bike for abt 4 years and almost 1,000 miles. No troubles whatsoever actually. None, Changed break pads only. Dependable for a morning commute or grocery getter. Lightweight sleeper of a bike. Highly recommend!

We love the bikes that y’all ship to us in Anchorage Alaska thank you very much. We have been enjoying them for the past four weeks and very excited that they are so well-built. They have performed terrific! One of the best help desk I have ever seen on getting the bikes!

Does not break the bank to get started. I have about 7 other regular bikes. Fast shipping - six days to East TN. Package weighed 57 lb. I got the 52 cm frame and the 10.4AH battery. This is a tall bike! 52 cm (20.5") is the seat post tube length! Step over height to upper surface of top tube is 30.5". I am 5'10" with 32" standing inseam. It is close! Good news is only 34.5 lb weight without battery. That means it will be easy lift to a regular bike rack. 10.4 AH battery weighs 4.5 lb. Assembly instructions were sparse but adequate. Consult generic YouTube as needed. At first the battery energy on display did not work correctly. Freddie at customer support quickly emailed me instructions on how to put display in setup mode and change from 48V to 36V. Works fine now. I do not think a 5'4" person would be comfortable on this bike!

Just test drove the bike.. I must say it's fun.. assist kick in right away and throttle respond pretty good... my only complaint is it don't have alot of power going up hills and it slow down going up hills.. overall decent bike for the price. I'm satisfied

I bought this bike at the beginning of Covid and have now put about 400 miles on the bike. I gotta say, this is easily the single best purchase that I've made in the last 5 years. I wish I bought this sooner! Brings tons of joy to me and my boy, and has definitely help to keep our sanity during lockdown. Now that we're going back to normal and my company is requiring me to go back into my office, I'm using the Gigabyke as my daily commuter. Here's what I like:

1. LOVE the single speed belt drive system. The belt drive is a HUGE plus, I was pretty shocked that this bike had it. It's normally only reserved for bikes in the $2000+ range. If you've never ridden a bike with a belt instead of a chain, there's a huge difference. It feels way more solid, energy transfer is 10X better than chain drive. Now that I have a belt drive, when I ride a bike with a standard chain, it just feels sloppy and inefficient. Hard to explain.... I was initially concerned about hill climbing with a single speed, but the gearing is perfect and with the power-assist, I can easily climb even the steepest hills. No need to fumble around with gears, you have the perfect gearing and use the motor to incline/decline as needed.

2. Unlike a lot other bikes in this price range, the Gigabyke has an independent throttle and is both pedal assist OR throttle only. That means on my lazy days, I can just ride the throttle like a motorcycle and on my non-lazy days, I can get some great exercise.

3. I have the smaller 7.5AH battery and that range is spectacular. I don't know if its the aerodynamics or what, but I can easily get more than 30 miles and still have juice. I've taken it out for a 3 hour ride once and I still had juice to spare when I got home.

4. It's a pretty light bike, I take it out to different places and I can easily lift it up and down to load/unload in my car.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bike. It's the perfect bike for joy riding, commuting, city riding and basically anything.

These are very good looking bikes and soo very easy to finish putting together. I ordered one in midnight blue and one in matte white and i can't decide which one is better looking. The running of the bikes is amazingly simple once you break it in and figure out what you're doing. They are quiet as can be and now the the gas powered bikes won't get used hardly at all. We got ours for zipping around the camp grounds when we take out the RV all spring, summer and fall. You will love these bikes.

After riding my new Gygabike to work for the last week I can say I very much enjoy riding it. The carbon belt instead of chain is wonderful. I actually still get a good workout and get stronger despite the battery use. Took my old commuter bike for a 20 mile ride to the Farmers Market (Gygabike battery had to charge) and was faster than ever on it.The only thing I am a bit disappointed in is the low mileage I get out of the battery before having to recharge. Maximum was 14 miles so far. I mostly ride on pedal assist between 2-3, on short steep uphill I may go to 4 pedal assist. So not really a large power consumption, I think.

This bike is awesome, its relatively light and rides and moves quickly. I did make a mistake, I am 5'9" and got the larger bike and think I would be more comfortable if I ordered the smaller version. I did change the seat to one with some suspension for a smoother ride. Just broke 100 miles and would buy it again. If you plan to ride with no pedal assist a lot I would get a bike with gears.

This bike is great it really motors and is quite uncomplicated and easy to operate

This E-bike is very well built bike with great components usually found in more expensive e-bikes. Very happy with this product!

I recently bought a ltGigaByke 500W Swift Electric Bike, with the bigger frame and the bigger battery. Before I bought this bike I did no an exhaustive research and search for similar bikes and all kinds of bikes electric. Important components on my list were things disk brake, carbon belt, no gearing and an easy to read display and the list goes on and on you can read the specifications for the bike on the website. What I can tell you is finding all those things in the electric bike is uncommon,h in fact this is the only one I've ever found. I live in San Francisco and in case you're not familiar with San Francisco we have a lot of hills. One of the biggest hills is California Street from Vavenue to market. This particular bike has five levels of pedal assist plus throttle. This bike will go up California Street and down so from Van Ness to market both ways. This is the first bike I've ever had that has done that usually I have to push my bike. If you can pedal up by California St either side of the hill without pedal assist, well you are a god. Pedal assist on this bike put me up California Street down California Street backup California Street and back down California Street and made me a god. Last but but least the bike is slim and trim. I have been stopped many times just to be told that.

If you looking for an electric bike you can stop looking this is the one to get you're not going to find a better one you're not going to find better components and you're not going to find those components all together on one bike. You can buy this bike and new a god around lesser mortal electric bike owners.

I am so happy with my first E-bike. I've never ridden an E-bike before but because of this whole pandemic thing I decided to jump in and make the purchase. Getting out and riding has become a trend with my family and now I can safely spend time outdoors. The bike is sleek and comfortable. I've been using it to go to shops or just drive around town wanting to breathe some fresh air. I feel safe on this bike and on top off, it's very durable and feels solid when riding. I would highly recommend this bike for any first timers.

I have been searching for the best bike within my tight budget as I need to use it for my work and as well as doing errands at home as I take care of my old ones. This is my first ever bike and I have been riding this bike for almost 2 months now and it has been running smoothly. I got it for an unbelievable price of $1000 with a discount and received it within a week which is pretty great considering the delays because of COVID. The assembly instructions were pretty easy. It is so lightweight I can get from 15mph to 20mph pretty quickly. Overall, I can say that this is a good investment for someone who is on a tight budget during this pandemic who wants to get the most out of your hard-earned money.

I have been riding my Swift for around a month now, and so far have run smoothly with it. The box arrived within a week of placing the order, so my positive experience was off to a good start. Instructions to get started were easy to follow and I was riding shortly after installing it. I am 5'6" and the 52cm (S/M) frame suits me nicely. It has a soft hum that isn't distracting, and i can go on it 15-20mph comfortably. I am very happy with this investment on my first lightweight, affordable and sleek e-bike!

This was a big purchase for me as I deliver food for a living in downtown Chicago. I needed something that would get me around and give me the best bang for my buck. I’ve been researching several electric bikes similar to this one and I decided to go with this based on the price and upgrades like the carbon drive belt. Its range is roughly 35 miles and it fully charges in about 3-4 hours. The bike will comfortably go about 20 MPH and feels solid and safe when on the road. The frame is very durable, and the components like the disc brakes, tires, and LCD are high-quality components. Would highly recommend if you are on a tight budget like me and need to get the most for your money.

Outside of your shipping department I’d say was a pleasant experience. You printed my shipping label the same day I placed the order. However it was over a week before the item ever left your facility.
