  • Call center and live chat hours: Back to normal 8:30am - 5pm PST, Monday - Thursday, and 8:30am - 5pm PST, Friday.
  • Email support is mostly back to normal with an average 1-2 business day response time
  • Warehouse staff: Mostly back to normal. We continue to ship out orders with an average 1 day shipping delay for in-stock items. This also affects expedited shipping options. 
  • Walk-ins, drop-offs, and will call pickups at our warehouse location are suspended until further notice
