The Gorilla Unicycles - 16 Inch Wheel Unicycle is an excellent choice for smaller riders or young children, with a frame size well suited for those with an inseam measurement of 21 inches (this is the measurement on the inside of the leg, from crotch to foot).
When purchasing a unicycle for the first time, beginners may be tempted to go for a smaller model – they reason that a smaller frame means they stay closer to the ground! But this can actually be counterproductive, as a unicycle that is too small will be harder to pedal, with less natural forward propulsion. Conversely, a unicycle frame that is too big will make pedaling difficult (if not impossible). The frame rests on a 16 inch diameter wheel that is perfectly suited for use indoors or on a smooth and flat surface (riders seeking an offroad unicycle may find a wheel with a larger diameter will coast over obstacles more easily). The black rubber tire is 1.75 inches wide and includes skid reducing properties to minimize the risk of slipping.
To keep in mind: Since it is not like riding common bicycles, novices should ride unicycles under the instructions of, or accompanied by, professionals or tutors for safety reasons.
