This new cdi fits snug on the spark plug. It requires a normal threaded on spark plug lead. I put it on a brand new Helio 66cc motor with a high compression head. It works good. I’ve made other small improvements too like a homemade boost bottle made from a co2 bottle that came from a bike shop and a three pronged spark plug. I also installed a hub/sprocket adapter with 36 teeth. Before the improvements the bike was loud and topped out at 32mph. Now I’m shopping for disc brake conversions because the bike want to go past 39mph. I’m literally afraid of how fast the bike is now. My Speedo is calibrated to the millimeter. Anything faster than a modded 66cc motor should definitely be a motorcycle instead.
