Assembling a bicycle from scratch using random parts can be very difficult and extremely frustrating, not to mention expensive. Not all bicycle frames are suited to fit any motor type or size. The Switz Cruz 26" Men's Beach Cruiser comes with a chain-driven 4-stroke motor. The chain drive system is still a lot more common than some of the newer drive technologies and has long been used for powering a traditional pushbike. This means that the Switz chain drive motorized bicycle will be easier (and cheaper) to service than a belt-driven system.
The Switz Cruz is not any ordinary beach cruiser, it's highly upgraded with an oversized padded saddle, classic fenders, and an adjustable oversized handlebar. The unique frame style of the Cruz allows for a high degree of adjustability to accommodate almost any rider 5'2'' and above. This bike is specifically engineered for comfort and style with it's ultra-smooth 2 inch wide tires with a comfortable tread.

Please Note: The wide crank assembly included with this engine kit comes with a standard crankshaft. A longer crankshaft and/or a crank adapter/conversion kit may be needed depending on the bicycle model, style, and year of manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the rider to provide any auxiliary parts necessary to properly mount and use the included crankset on to their bicycle.
