I bought this bike. I put a 1200 watt motor on the rear. 48 volt battery and controller mounted in front after market basket.
The brakes mounts work great for hydraulic disk brakes. Best design for anyone looking to make a ebike.

This bike had given me quite the issues straight from the factory. The rear wheel axle was stripped so easily my project completely stopped. I talked to customer service and they sent me a replacement rear wheel at no cost. The bike is up and running perfectly fine and have put about 50 miles on it.

Here are a couple pointers for the builders who want to use this bike for an engine.

1. When mounting the engine, you are going to have issues with mounting the exhaust as it will hit the frame. But a Flex fit muffler from a different party for around 40 dollars and you won't have any issues.
2. The rear wheel that I was sent for a replacement (which you can buy on this site) is hard for centering the 44t sprocket because of the dust cover. My recommendation is to buy the center hub adapter for the sprockets.

Here are a couple positives of this bike.

1. This bike is an awesome cruiser! It is very comfortable and once it is broken in, it rides very smooth.
2. The top speed of this bike is 25 with the standard kit and 44t sprocket. ( I am 140lbs)
3. The blue option is more of a navy (see picture). I absolutely love the color and wanted to second that it is navy and not blue.
4. It was easy to add the basic cheap rear rack off of amazon to the back even though the seat sits pretty low, I used zip ties.
5. The bike looks awesome!

Lastly, I would like to state that it is smart that as soon as a serious problem occurs with the bike like my axle stripping, take pictures right away so that the customer service can tell that it is not your fault. Have a good day and ride on!

Company shipped damage product in damaged box, I took pictures and sent to them and they told me to take it all the way out of the box and take pictures and they will send me parts like I’m a bicycle repair man, and understand this was a brand new bike I bought, buyer beware, complaint with BBB and ITC was submitted

I just recently bought two bikes at Christmas time for the grandkids .Shipping was fast and one of the boxes arrived kinda roughed up. ,While the other box arrived in pristine condition. The roughed up box was missing a head screw for the bolt that goes through the neck at the handlebars that slightly nicked and scratched up some..but overall both bike arrived unscathed and in good shape. was easy as it took Assemblytwo of us forty five minutes to put both bikes together...these bikes are beautiful and well built . Thanks Bike Berry looking forward of riding the bike many years !

Everything looks to be great bicycle is wonderful have it started to build yet going through everything to make sure I have a report that I need do anything there's I didn't get a headlight that I ordered and had to order another one so now I have paid double for one headlight I understand that stuff happens I guess but the product seems to be great it

Switz Cruz 26" Men's Beach Cruiser Bike Bicycle

Everything seems fine, nice welds. Haven't rode it yet because I'm missing one ball berring in the left side of the front wheel. I don't think I dropped it because I was being very careful, but it's still possible I did. If I'm able to find and size one up I'll let you know how it is

Service was great, shipping was fast, but there were a couple of places on the bike where someone painted over a rust spot. Also, the rear fender was dented, but there was no evidence of shipping damage.

Carten was a little damage but all and all was okay but I'm missing the 2 nuts that hold the front tire on I tried to buy some other places but they won't work must be special threades if you could help me out with 2 nuts I would appreciate it I live in Minnesota so I really diddnt have time to put this together I'm still having problems with the engine kit also I'm ready to give up

The bicycle is a good looking model. Our property is a solid sheet of ice so I haven't got to try it out yet. I have the four stroke engine that just fits in the bike cradle. There's no installation instructions included for the engine. There's no way to use the rear fender with out modification. Bending or cutting of the fender is required or just remove both fenders. Trial and error is required for installation of the drive sprocket. The teeth of the sprocket are offset. The fuel line is twisted in a knot so it needs replacing. Minor dents and paint rubbing on the shipping container. Some other minor items missing.

It really is a solid platform to build on. And there is follow along videos on you tube, specifically for that bike. A few adjustments and a lot of grease and your good to go. And it's a one of kind looker unless they have one too it will stand out among the classic style cruisers.

Respect is due assembly has a few adjustments to make but it looks great. Haven’t it started yet. High hopes.

The bike is well made but packing and delivery ruff handling caused back finder damage and bent rear wheel front fork mounting nut was bent from ruff handling- have sent emails to customer service but they have not contacted me

This was given to my (40 yr old) son for Christmas. He loves it. Very comfortable seat, easily adjusted, easy to put together. He rides every day after work. We live just a couple of miles from the beach, and this is just what he needed. We are both very pleased with the bike. Thank you and be well.

I was sent the wrong color. When I contacted them about the mix up, their response was and apology, however, "the bike functions the same" and was offered a 10% store credit. Instead of an immediate email containing a return shipping label. So much for being able to ride with the rest of my family during the holidays.
