They actually ship a full e-bike to Honolulu! Pretty much no one does. OR they’ll get us the bike, but I have to buy the battery local. And batteries in HI are at least double BikeBerry’s flat shipping fee. So trust me, if you’re in HI and looking for an e-bike, get one through BikeBerry. Got here fast, came complete. Highly recommend.

Scored BIG TIME with this bike. Only took 9 days to get out here. And since then I put around 1,000 miles on it cruising Kona. Only had to swap out the brake pads, tubes, and tires when they wore down- that’s it! All we have out here are low grade e-bikes with huge price tags. Yes! Your BikeBerry e-bike shipment will include the battery. We work with carriers to make sure you get a complete bike without spending money on hidden fees. Because most companies can't ship e-bike batteries to Hawaii and Alaska. Those that will charge a huge fee just to carry the battery. But at BikeBerry you get everything you to ride. Just open the box, install a few parts, connect the battery and you’re ready.

BikeBerry e-bike shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a $375 flat rate for delivery to a local freight terminal. That means your bike’s safely delivered to a nearby pickup location. No extra fee's, duties or surprise taxes.

Home delivery can cost upwards of $575 depending on how rural your address is. But if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we’ll verify your exact home delivery charge based on your address.

Most e-bikes from BikeBerry arrive at a local HI or AK terminal in in 7–10 days. We also expect a 7-10 day directly to your door, though that timeframe may be extended depending on where you’re located.

However, we ensure clear tracking of all e-bikes once they leave BikeBerry until they arrive to you. So if you have any questions or concerns about the status of your shipment, we’re just a phone call or email away. 

Once it arrives at the terminal you have 2 options:

  1. Local Pickup - This is where you drive to the port/terminal to pick up your bike. The port/terminal will contact you when your e-bike’s ready to pick up. All you do is show your ID to pick it up.
  2. Home Delivery - If you prefer to have your order shipped directly to your home, we can arrange that with the carrier. Just give us a call at (800) 317-0479 and we’ll work with you to have your e-bike delivered straight to your door- no pick up, no hassle.

The majority of e-bikes from BikeBerry come around 80% assembled. You just need around 1-2 hours to inspect, install, and adjust components. This includes the wheels, handlebars, pedals, brakes and the battery. And before your first ride just check your tire pressure and charge your battery. It’s that easy!

Each e-bike from BikeBerry covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Just give us a call or send us an email with the issue. We'll work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any damaged parts and issues you’re having with your electric bike.
