I got a box full of junk...
Order bike arrived damaged box badly damaged parts missing im sure.called customer service to explain that fedex is shipping it back badly damaged then two days later they tried leaving the same damaged box at my house again then my wife recognized the box and said no we refused this package once already ship it back so they took it the very next day they delivered the same package again this time it was left on my door step as I suspected bike damaged parts missing then when I called bike berry and fedex neither had a explanation theys not my problem the bike was damaged they should have taken back like I asked and ship new bike right away I have been calling them for three weeks straight trying to get answers oh we got to make claim assess damage no once yall knew it was damaged I should have gotten a new bike immediately, but no three weeks and still nothing customer service sucks and fedex sucks Can someone do their job right please ridiculous!

Got here fast, all parts in the box were there and in good condition. Would buy again. Everything worked right off the bat had no issues at all. Had no problem starting and easily got up to 35 mph. I was very surprised by how many negative things are said about these bikes. Ive ran into nothing but a few stripped bolts its the perfect bike for a starter who doesn't have much experience.
Followed Tony Taylor's video, made the assembly of the bike seamless. Finished product started with no problems. Always check your chains after each ride as Tony suggests. They will stretch.

Ordered on Wednesday got it on Tuesday.The site was super easy to navigate and informative; could use a few more detailed specs on certain things but other than that, its a good looking site.
As far as the Switz Cruz, I had ordered the blue and when I recieved it today it looked nothing like in the picture. It was Better! The blue is actually like a deep navy blue. Looks black in the shade and a really deep navy in the light. Only thing I can compare this navy blue to is The Redbull F1 livery which is gorgeous. With the help of the Bikeberry Youtube videos assembly was an absolute breeze.Take your time, watch ALL the videos and more importantly, HAVE FUN. Cant wait to start customizing after break in period. Thank you Bikeberry

I'm a 56 year-old and I've saved to buy my bike for a while I had to wait for it for a couple months had a few minor details of assembly but bikeberry was always there I call him and get right back they helped me out I believe bikeberry is a pretty good company haven't really got to ride my bike yet but I hope it lasts for a long time I'm very satisfied and what I received I think bikeberry is an awesome company I just think they need to send a copy of the parts and stuff with the engine and bike assembly besides that everything was great
I had the bike together and then not running thinking it might be the dyi or something.blew already
that sprocket gear is a pain! Must be balls on to prevent balance issue! Once i master that, i'll be able to finish the bike and give review. Frustrated at the moment! Thanks
What gas dose it take and what oil
For 2-stroke engines, the correct fuel ratio is 40:1 which is 3.2 oz of oil to a gallon of gas from cradle to grave.
You can use the standard 87 gas at the gas station
or even the 91, whichever you prefer, but normal gasoline will be okay.
How fast does it go and is there a weight limit
The standard cruiser like our Switz Cruz has a weight limit of 250lbs. The engine can get to speeds between 25-40Mph depending on the gear ratio, weight of the rider, and riding condition
How many cc is the engine?
The BBR Tuning 2-Stroke Engine is 66cc based on US standards.
Disclosure of accurate engine size: While we have chosen to use the long-standing factory branding engine size of "80cc", the true displacement of the bicycle engine is 66cc. Down through the years, China bicycle engine manufactures have advertised their biggest engine as 80cc, therefore we have listed them in the same way on our website. However, the bore and stroke of an 80cc being 47x38mm equal 66cc. Therefore the true displacement of the 80cc bike motor is 66cc. In the west, the volume of a cylinder is calculated by using the formula Volume = Pi x Radius Squared x Stroke. However, in the east, the displacement of an engine includes the area of the cylinder head's combustion chamber as well as the volume of the cylinder. Therein lies a discrepancy between measuring standards by the manufactures in China with those in the United States. However, all "80cc" engine kits on the market today are actually 66cc in displacement size if measuring by US standards.
What size or cc motet comes with this bike package? 60cc? 80?? I can't tell it's not in the description

Can u ship bike assembled?
The bike Switz Cruz will be shipped partly assembled. There are a few reasons for this:
1. It is cheaper to ship a bike partly assembled than it is to ship it fully assembled.
2. There is less risk of damage to a bike that is partly assembled.
3. Many customers enjoy assembling their own bikes.
