Simple to assemble, the kit comes with everything you need to make a highly reliable and affordable motorized bicycle.

F-Zero is a company with a reputation for being stylish, versatile, and yet extremely comfortable. To assist with putting the motorized bike together, the F-Zero comes with an easy to understand manual and a comprehensive installation guide on DVD (this excellent “how-to” tutorial is exclusive to Bikeberry). Riders have the unique opportunity of being able to customize their bike to suit their particular needs with the do-it-yourself kit. Once received, the rider simply needs some basic tools and a simple understanding of mechanics to quickly install the motor and be up and riding.

With its aerodynamic handlebars and a long seat, the Motor-Ready motorized bicycle from BBR Tuning provides a comfortable and well-balanced ride. The Motor-Ready motorized bicycle from BBR Tuning includes a convenient side kickstand, a single-speed freewheel sprocket for the drive train, front disc brakes, and excellent rear caliper brakes. The included 26” heavy duty wheels are engineered to reduce wind resistance which makes them a great feature of this already fully-loaded motorized bicycle, and will actually improve the speed the engine is capable of achieving.

The BBR Tuning 66/80cc bike engine kit is about 8.5" height 7" length 5" width. The bike engine kit fits on standard, male frames with tubing of 25mm to 29mm in diameter. Larger frame sizes require drilling into bike frame with a stationary bolt and use the universal face plate to mount the front of the engine.

Can you pedal this motorized bicycle?

Yes! With a motorized bicycle kit installed on your bike, you can still pedal the bike as normal. All you have to do is engage the clutch and pedal.

However, due to the added weight and extra drag from the engine chain, you will have a bit more resistance when pedaling.

How do you start this motorized bicycle?

For this build you bump start (or pedal-start) the motor. That means you first disengage the clutch, pedal the bike, and then release the clutch.

For easier starts, you can install a pull starter onto this engine. Once installed you'll be able engage the clutch and start via the pull start assembly.

How far can a motorized bicycle go?

Most bicycle engine kits get around 100-150 MPG. However, to ensure a long life for your engine, we recommend that 2-stroke motors be run for no more than 30 minutes at a time.

Gave a whole new meaning to motorized bicycles. Assembly was straightforward and the dual disc brakes stop it well. I feel secure on the F-Zero, whereas with my cruiser I worried about rigidity and bad tires. A great evolution bike for the hobby and worth the price.
