The BBR Tuning 49cc 4-Stroke bike engine kit is about 9" height 9.5" length 7" width. The bicycle gas engine kit includes a mounting plate that fits on standard 25mm to 29mm frame tube. Larger frame size requires modification to the mounting plate and/or frame of your bicycle.

Fits Most 26" Wheeled Bikes (Mountain, Cruiser, Chopper, Road) with V-frame. The frame should have 9-11” of clearance between the bottom bracket and top bar, and the diameter of the frame tubes should be 25-29mm (around an 1”). Bike must also be compatible with a 3-piece wide crankset included with each engine kit.

Attention: This kit does not come included with a bottom bracket assembly. If the bicycle you are converting has a 1-piece crank, you will need to purchase a Bottom Bracket Assembly. If your bicycle has a 3 piece crank, you may not need this piece. However some bicycles with 3 piece cranks may not be compatible with the wide crank assemblies included with this kit.

For installing this kit riders may need some basic hardware skills, tools, and take around 2-3 hours to install and do some adjustments.
